Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services of FirmBridge Pico Rivera Landscapers, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Services Provided
FirmBridge Pico Rivera Landscapers provides professional landscaping services including but not limited to lawn care and maintenance, landscape design and installation, hardscaping, irrigation systems, tree services, and related outdoor property services. Service Estimates and Payment
We provide free estimates for all services. Estimates are based on the information provided and site conditions at the time of assessment. Final costs may vary if site conditions differ or if additional work is requested. Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. We accept various payment methods and expect payment according to the agreed schedule. Late payments may result in service delays or suspension.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule a service appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. For ongoing maintenance services, please provide at least one week notice if you wish to discontinue service.
Property Access and Safety
You grant us permission to access your property to perform the agreed services. You are responsible for ensuring our crew has safe access to work areas and for securing pets during service visits. Please inform us of any hazards, underground utilities, or special access requirements before work begins. We will take reasonable care to protect your property, but we are not responsible for damage to unmarked utilities or hazards that were not disclosed.
Warranties and Guarantees
We stand behind the quality of our work. Specific warranties for plants, materials, and installation work will be outlined in your service agreement. Living plants are subject to natural factors beyond our control, and survival cannot be guaranteed. We will work with you to address any concerns about our services, but our liability is limited to the cost of the specific service in question.
Limitation of Liability
FirmBridge Pico Rivera Landscapers is fully licensed and insured. Our liability is limited to direct damages caused by our negligence or failure to perform services as agreed. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.
Intellectual Property
All landscape designs, plans, and related materials created by FirmBridge Pico Rivera Landscapers remain our intellectual property. You may use these designs for the specific project for which they were created, but you may not reproduce, distribute, or use them for other purposes without our written permission.
